How to filter IFRS 16 contracts
Path in CC5: Contracts
You can use Filters in the list of contracts to find certain IFRS 16 contracts. This could e.g. be a contract without initial assessment or a contract that is not classified.
You can adjust the columns in the list so that they also display fields that are IFRS 16 relevant, e.g. "This contract is a lease according to IFRS 16", "Lease type" or "Lessee is reasonably certain to acquire title of ownership".
Read more about setting up columnsunder Overview lists.
The contract list can be filtered based on various filter criteria. Relevant IFRS 16 filters are e.g. (apart from the standard filters) Index and Payment categories. Index allows you to filter by contracts that use consumer price index as index regulation. And payment categories allow you til filter by certain IFRS 16 categories (if the system is set up accordingly).
Tip!
If these filters are not displayed, click the icon next to Field criteria, select the filters under More fields and click the icon again to save the filters.
Complete Control has some predefined filters under Search all filters. All filters starting with "Lease:" are related to IFRS 16 contracts. Select e.g. "Lease Missing initial assessment, and all contracts with missing initial assessment are displayed.
Tip!
Click the star icon next to a filter to save it as a favorite. It will then be displayed on top of the filter list under Favorites.
